Do you accept pets? - Both, Kendall and Coral Gables, are pet friendly properties. - Pet Fees are non refundable o Under 35 lbs § $200 for 30 night or more § Rate is prorated if less than 30 nights § Anything less than 7 nights is a flat rate of $50 o Over 36 lbs § $400 for 30 night or more § Rate is prorated if less than 30 nights § Anything less than 7 nights is a flat rate of $100 2. Does the Kendall property have a pool / spa? - Shamrock Kendall has a heated pool and a spa for your enjoyment. 3. Does the Coral Gables property have a pool / spa? - Shamrock Coral Gables does not have a pool or a spa as an amenity. 4. Do your properties have elevators? - Shamrock Kendall does not have elevators, therefore only has two levels. We have a few two story apartments with entrances on the second floor, known to us as a Shannon, available at discounted rates. Ask our Leasing Consultants about them! - Shamrock Coral Gables has elevators. 5. Do you have handicap accessible apartments? - Unfortunately our apartments in Kendall and Coral Gables do not have handicap accessible units. The entrance door is 36 inches wide. All of our bathrooms are standardized with tubs (H:14 inches) and showers, sink cabinets, mirror, toilets (H: 16 inches), and the widths of the doors are 33 inches throughout the apartment. We do not have built in handle bars or roll-in showers. - We offer : o Adjustable suction cup grab bars o Bath tub bench seat w/o back o Handicap parking space o Kendall has ramps to the buildings o Coral Gables has an elevator and a lift 6.
